How do I get a quote?

Call (301) 555-0100 or submit our online form. We respond within 1 hour. For standard jobs we quote on-site. For estate and hoarder cleanouts, we schedule a free consultation.

Yes! Same-day service is often available for standard junk removal jobs in Montgomery and Frederick County. Call us by noon and we’ll do our best to get there the same day.

Pricing & Payment

How is pricing determined?
Standard jobs are priced by truck volume — the more space your items take up in the truck, the more it costs. Estate and hoarder cleanouts are quoted as a flat-rate project price after an on-site consultation. We never charge hidden fees.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, check, and digital payments (Venmo, Zelle). Payment is due at time of service for standard jobs. Hoarder and estate cleanouts require a 25% deposit.
Yes, our minimum is $175, which covers up to 1/8 of a truck load.

What items do you NOT take?
We cannot take hazardous waste (paint, chemicals, asbestos), propane tanks, or bio-medical waste. For Level 4-5 hoarder situations with biohazards, we coordinate with licensed remediation partners.
Yes. Usable items are donated to local partners including Habitat for Humanity ReStore and Goodwill. Electronics are recycled responsibly. We tell you what happened to your items.
Yes. Refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and other appliances. Some items may have an additional recycling fee of $25-50.

Hoarder & Estate Cleanouts

Do I need to clean or sort before you arrive?
No. That’s our job. Please do not throw anything away before we arrive — we’ll sort together.
No. Our trucks are unmarked in a way that identifies the job type. We are discreet and professional. We will not discuss your situation with anyone.
Level 1-2 jobs typically take 4-8 hours. Level 3-4 jobs often take 1-3 days. Level 5 situations are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
You are in control of every decision. We help you sort items into keep, donate, and remove piles. We never remove anything without your explicit approval.
Yes. We regularly work with estate attorneys, executors, and families managing probate situations. We can provide documentation of items removed for estate records.
