Services
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Haul Brigade LLC (“Haul Brigade,” “we,” “us”) website and the junk removal and cleanout services we provide. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
Quotes & Pricing
Prices shown on our website are starting estimates only. Firm pricing is provided after an on-site assessment and confirmed before any work begins. Standard jobs are priced by truck volume; estate and hoarder cleanouts are quoted as flat-rate projects following a free consultation. Additional charges may apply for difficult access, hazardous materials, or items requiring special disposal.
Deposits, Payment & Cancellations
Estate and hoarder cleanout projects may require a deposit to reserve your date. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept card, check, and approved digital payments. Please notify us as far in advance as possible to reschedule or cancel; deposit refund terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Items We Cannot Accept
For safety and legal reasons, we may be unable to remove certain hazardous materials (such as wet paint, chemicals, asbestos, or medical waste) without special arrangements. Our crew will advise you on-site about any items requiring specialized handling or third-party disposal.
Customer Responsibilities
You represent that you own the items to be removed or are authorized to dispose of them, and that you have provided accurate information about the job. You are responsible for ensuring safe and lawful access to the property.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, Haul Brigade is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question. We carry commercial liability insurance; details are available on request.
Donations & Disposal
Where practical, we donate usable items to local charities and recycle eligible materials. Once items are removed, they are processed at our discretion and cannot be returned.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
